Valid Nov.-Feb5x8 Bathroom Remodeling including Labor and Materials - remove the walls of the shower. Remove all the fixtures.  Install new Delta bathtub, shower fixture and shower surround walls. Install new vinyl plank flooring over existing tile floors. Install new American Standard Toilet, 36" vanity cabinet and cultured marble top, new 24x30" vanity mirror, delta faucet, vanity light, shower rod (shower door $789 additional) towel bar and toilet paper holder. Paint the bathroom with owner choice of color. Construction Garbage disposal is included. Contractor will disposal the garbage from the project. Permits not required single family detached homes.
