These small jobs are for residential projects only, and should not require a permit. See list below or send us your list at centralpointco@aol.com. We have created an express service for some of the small projects with the cost. You can request the information and we will send you the link. Extra charges maybe added, see below. The prices below are subject to change without out notice. No discounts and special terms apply.
There is a $75 service charge for us to pick up your materials at the local store. Tax & Materials additional. Your garbage will be placed at the curb or we can dispose your garbage for an additional fee.
Replace interior doors, steps, handrails, cabinet drawers
Small carpentry repairs, Change locks (Lockout Service)
Assemble furniture's, Install window treatment
Small wall/ceiling patches & Touch Up Paint (4x8 wall area)
Replace broken faucet, toilet, toilet wax ring
Replace broken shower converters
Replace kitchen cabinets doors
Remove & replace kitchen back splash
Bathroom shower & toilet grout or caulking
Replace the bathroom vanity cabinets
Replace, repair or install window screens & screen doors
Install closet shelves or TV mounts (No wiring)
Replace a garage door or garage door opener
Replace an outlet, light fixture
Replace Ceiling Fan or Chandler
Replace cabinet hinges, knobs, doors or baby proofing
Masonry patches & repair broken tiles (drywall & durock add’l)
Install weather strips
Replace mail box & post
